Ollech & Wajs Zurich 1956 is pleased that you have chosen to purchase a model from its collection. The most advanced techniques were applied throughout the manufacture of your watch, and very strict controls preceded its sale. Ollech & Wajs precision AG grants you from the date of purchase a thirty-six (36) months warranty on your Ollech & Wajs watch under the conditions set out in the present warranty.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their order by making an express written request for cancellation via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, in a maximum of 24 hours following the time of purchase. Payments should be refunded to customers about 15 calendar days from the time a written cancellation request has been made. The refunding time-frame may vary slightly depending on the amount of bank holidays following the cancellation request.
We recommend that you check the water resistance of your watch once a year (partial service with movement check). Generally, a watch should undergo a service every 4 to 5 years depending on the conditions under which it is used. We recommend that you contact an authorized Ollech & Wajs service provider or an authorized Ollech & Wajs dealer Only specialists can guarantee that their work will conform to the strict standards of quality applied and imposed by Ollech & Wajs.
TO ENSURE OPTIMAL OPERATION OF YOUR WATCH
Avoid placing your watch near magnetic fields: hard drives, medical devices, loudspeakers, televisions, magnetic closures, etc...
Always rinse your watch with fresh water after bathing.
Avoid dropping the watch and shocks in general.
Always tighten the Crown properly.
Avoid contact with solvents.
Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (higher than 60 °c or 140 °f and lower than 0 °c or 32 °f).
Stainless steel bracelets should always be adjusted by a competent watchmaker.

NEVER USE THE QUICKSET FUNCTION OF THE WATCH TO CHANGE THE DATE BETWEEN 22PM AND 2AM.
MOVEMENT ACCURACY AND WINDING
The majority of Ollech & Wajs automatic watches’ movements have a precision of -6 / +15 seconds. The natural movements of your wrist wind your Ollech & Wajs automatic watch, which has a power reserve dependent of its caliber. Manual winding is only necessary if you stop wearing your watch for several days. If the Watch has not been worn for a day or more, you can wind it by putting the crown in position 1, and turning it between 3 and 4 times to provide the movement with enough power.
TOLERANCE AND QUALITY
Although the greatest care has been taken to ensure an accurate visual representations of the Ollech & Wajs products displayed on its platforms are representative of color, design, style, and functionalities of the original products, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may appear among these representations in comparison to the original product. Consequently, Ollech & Wajs cannot be held responsible for the apparent differences between the images of the products represented on its platforms and the original products.
We recommend that you visit one of our physical stores or one of our authorized dealers before making your purchase.
The price of our watches includes all purchase related costs (taxes and shipping). Please note that the indicated price in various currencies other than Swiss Franc is indicative only. As a Swiss company we can only bill clients in Swiss Franc. The transaction exchange rate may vary between different payment providers. Ollech & Wajs Precision AG cannot be made responsible for currency exchange rates and transaction fees applied by payment providers.
THE OLLECH & WAJS CLUB
The Ollech & Wajs Club membership gives access to exclusive promotions and invitations to private company events to the membership holder. It allows holders to receive exclusive information regarding future releases, and an earlier access to their pre-order than to non-members. These benefits are not guaranteed and will be granted based when available and when possible. Membership of the Ollech & Wajs Club is free and awarded to a limited number of individuals at the discretion of Ollech & Wajs Precision AG. In order to become a member of the Ollech & Wajs Club, applicants must fill in the form present on the website at: ow-watch.ch/ow-club. After submitting an application, applicants can expect an answer within two to three weeks if they qualify for a membership. Applicants might be requested to submit complementary elements to confirm their membership. Each membership application is evaluated individually, and depending on the amount received, it might take longer than two to three weeks to come to a decision. If the applicant doesn’t receive an answer within a month, it is reasonable to assume that a decision to decline the application has been taken. Applicants that haven’t been granted a membership have the possibility to apply again a year following the date of their last application.
REGARDING UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Any unsolicited communication or document that you transmit to Ollech & Wajs via its platforms or social media, email or otherwise, including, but not limited to, data, questions or answers, comments, suggestions or otherwise, will be treated as non-confidential and non-exclusive by Ollech & Wajs. By sending communications to Ollech & Wajs, you automatically grant to Ollech & Wajs a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive worldwide rights concession to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, execute and display the said communications, alone or in the context of other works, in any form, media or technology known or developed thereafter, and the right to assign those rights to any person.
All trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, the "Trademarks") appearing on the platforms are registered, unregistered or otherwise protected trademarks of Ollech & Wajs, are used by granting a sublicense to Ollech & Wajs from third parties. Other trademarks are proprietary trademarks and have been registered by their respective owners. The misuse of any trademark displayed on the platforms, or any other content on the platforms, is strictly forbidden.
Any content on the platforms is either copyrighted by Ollech & Wajs, licensed to Ollech & Wajs and used by the latter. All rights reserved.

Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
