WARRANTY

Ollech and Wajs precision AG grants you from the date of purchase a thirty-six (36) months warranty on your Ollech and Wajs watch under the conditions set out in the present warranty. The Ollech and Wajs international warranty covers defects in materials and manufacture existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Ollech and Wajs Watch. The warranty will only enter into force if the warranty certificate is dated, filled completely and correctly stamped by an authorized Ollech and Wajs dealer. You can register your warranty with us by sending an email with your details and a scan of your purchase receipt at service@ow-watch.ch

During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the case where the normal conditions of use of the Ollech and Wajs watch cannot be re-established through repairs, Ollech and Wajs precision AG pledges to replace it with an identical Ollech and Wajs model or of similar grade and features. This warranty lasts thirty-six months from the original purchase date of the watch and does not extend from an eventual replacement date.
 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Normal wear, tear and ageing (e.g. scratches on the glass or the watch case and bracelet, alteration of the color and/or material of the bracelets and of non-metallic parts, such as leather, textile, Rubber).

Damage linked directly or indirectly to incorrect use, as detailed below:

Avoid placing your watch near magnetic fields: hard drives, medical devices, loudspeakers, televisions, magnetic closures, etc...

Always rinse your watch with fresh water after bathing.

Avoid dropping the watch on hard surfaces and shocks in general.
Avoid violent sports such as golf, tennis or mountain biking.

Always tighten the crown properly.

Avoid contact with solvents.

Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (higher than 60 °c or 140 °f and lower than - 15 °c or 5 °f).

Stainless steel bracelets should always be adjusted by a professional watchmaker.

 
TO ENSURE OPTIMAL OPERATION OF YOUR WATCH

Avoid placing your watch near magnetic fields: hard drives, medical devices, loudspeakers, televisions, magnetic closures, etc...

Always rinse your watch with fresh water after bathing.

Avoid dropping the watch and shocks in general.

Always tighten the Crown properly.

Avoid contact with solvents.

Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (higher than 60 °c or 140 °f and lower than 0 °c or 32 °f).

Stainless steel bracelets should always be adjusted by a competent watchmaker.

NEVER USE THE QUICKSET FUNCTION OF THE WATCH TO CHANGE THE DATE BETWEEN 22PM AND 2AM.
