RETURNS & REFUNDS

Purchased directly from O&W only. NOT from retailers.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Ollech & Wajs watch, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, provided it is returned to us at your own cost within 14 days after reception of your order.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from ow-watch.ch or from and Ollech & Wajs authorized dealers. Before proceeding with return for exchange or refund, the customer should contact Ollech & Wajs Precision AG at service@ow-watch.ch . Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned together with their original proof of purchase, in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Returns received after 14 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Ollech & Wajs for store credit only.

Once received, your watch and packaging will examined to confirm it's resalable condition, after which you will receive a written confirmation of acceptance and a refund notice.

Please note that due to the above procedures, and to transport, transit, or customs requirements, refund procedures can be delayed up to several weeks.
